The Society of Saint Hilarion is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses that demonstrate our values of Trust, Respect, Accountability and Compassion.
The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead a well established team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers who are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of all residents in our facilities.
Ideally, you will possess a background working in aged care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support staff to provide high quality clinical and nursing care.
- Review the health, wellbeing and life preferences of consumers.
- Oversee the implementation of care plans.
Available Shifts:
Working across a 14 day roster, we have permanent shift vacancies available as follows:
Week 1
- Day Shift - 7am to 1pm and 7am to 3pm (Monday - Friday)
- Afternoon Shift - 3pm to 9pm (Thursday)
Week 2
- Day Shift - 7am to 3pm (Monday - Friday)
- Afternoon Shift - 2.45pm to 11pm (Thursday)
- Night Shift - 10.45 to 7.15 (Saturday, Sunday)
Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Current registration with no conditions with AHPRA
- Desire to work with the elderly to improve their outcomes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently
- Ability to provide supervision and direction to staff
