As a part of our vibrant team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients while contributing to the ongoing success and development of our services in one of our two Clinical Nurse Manager roles within the Seaton facility.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will lead and mentor a team of Clinical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers in the delivery of direct care services . You will be responsible for ensuring compliant and quality care service delivery aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act.

Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of clinical care, managing staffing levels, and ensuring accurate assessments in line with funding models. You will also address client feedback and complaints to enhance service delivery.

You will be a visible, hands‑on leader readily engaging with residents and families, identifying and managing risks and modeling best practice care by overseeing clinical documentation, incident investigations, SIRS reporting and care plan reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aged care with a focus on quality and compliance. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading teams and improving service delivery.

  • Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA Annual Practicing Certificate (no conditions).
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aged care with leadership experience.
  • Extensive clinical experience in residential aged care
  • Proficient in Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission requirements.
  • Demonstrated skills in team building and change management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs.

Previous leadership experience in an aged care facility will also be beneficial.
